Refund policy

At Anna Sleep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 100 day trial period for our mattresses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mattress within 100 days of receiving it, we will arrange for the mattress to be picked up and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the mattress must be in like-new condition. Any damage or visible wear and tear will be evaluated by our team and may result in a partial refund or no refund at all. Custom or special order mattresses may be non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 200AED may apply, as well as a pickup fee of 250AED . 

Our mattresses also come with a 1 year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. If you believe your mattress is defective, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the warranty process.
